Telliport runs cheap international calls and mobile top-ups. This page says what we keep about you when you use the website, the app, or write to us at hello@telliport.co.
If you use Telliport, please read this. If you don't agree with it, don't use the service.
We use this to run your account, place calls, send top-ups, take payment, show your balance, answer you, and stop fraud. We also use it to fix the product and to meet the records the law asks us to keep.
We don't sell your data.
Calls and top-ups go through phone networks and the companies that deliver airtime and data. Payments go through our payment company. We also use companies that host the app and send email. They only get what they need to do that job.
We will share information if the law says we must, or to protect Telliport and our users. If the business is sold, the buyer would take on this same duty.
Some of these companies are outside your country. We only send data where we can keep a sensible level of protection.
We keep account and call records for as long as you have an account, and after that for as long as we need them for accounts, disputes, fraud, or the law. When we don't need them, we delete them or strip out what identifies you.
We'll email you about your account, a payment, or a problem with the service. That mail is part of using Telliport.
If we send you news or an offer, you can ignore it or tell us to stop. Write to support and we'll take you off.
A link from Telliport can open someone else's site. Their privacy rules are theirs, not ours.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may have to keep some records where the law says so, for example payments and call records. To ask, email hello@telliport.co from the address on your account.
If this page changes, the new version goes up here and the date at the top changes. The terms sit next to it.
